Pro Petroleum is an independent pipeline shipper, operating pipeline connected fuel storage, trucking and rail transloading terminals throughout the Western United States. Pro owns and operates petroleum storage terminals, loading rack facilities, fuel trucks and rail transportation services. Our product lines include all grades of gasoline, diesel and alternative fuels including ethanol flex fuel and biodiesel blends.
Mr. B.R. “Rip” Griffin got his start in the oil industry in 1962 and founded Pro Petroleum in 1989. He spent nearly 50 years in the pioneering development and management of high-quality truck stops and liquid-fuel related businesses. Today, Rip’s son Mark Griffin, is Pro Petroleum’s President. He joined the company in 1981. Rip Griffin started our company with a single-pump service station in West Texas. Today, Pro Petroleum and our affiliated companies have grown to become one of the largest fuel logistics enterprises west of the Mississippi.
Pro Petroleum is headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, with operations across West Texas, Arizona and Nevada that serve as a platform for our growth in the Southwest and Midwest United States.
